Our beef is sourced from Mandalong Station in the NSW tableland region. This region is known for its innovative approach to grassland management and sustainable beef production. Our beef is 100 day grain finished and wet aged for 6 weeks. A combination of superior breed, pastures and stock handling make for a flavour and tenderness profile that is second to none.
